Before you'd like to return your items, please let us know the reason why and how you can do so in order for us to process your refund.
1. Return Requirements:
The returned product must be in its original condition, with the original packaging. The returns are valid for the original purchaser only.
2. Damaged & Altered Items:
Unfortunately, returns or exchange are not accepted for damaged items or items altered after receipt (a ring that has been resized).
All items are examined before shipment.If you have received an item that has been damaged during transit please contact us immediately.
3. Discounted or Sale Items:
Please note all SALE or discounted items are FINAL. They will be non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Refunds:
All our refunds is returned to your bank account generally within 2 - 4 business days, depending on your bank and their rates.
